The following terms and conditions protect all use of our services/plans, content and resources listed on our site,  https://www.curicular.com/

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing our website, you honor to agree to the terms of service of this agreement. 

 

1. Refunds: We only provide refunds for single-purchases, including advising and essay editing services within 24 hours that have NOT yet been enacted. In other words, we do not provide refunds for essays that have already been edited. All inquiries for refunds for single-essay or single-advising sessions can be processed, by directly reaching out to our team at info@curicular.org.

 

We do not provide refunds for our comprehensive admissions plans. This includes both the Prep For College and Unlimited Plan, available with our consulting team. We do not provide any full, or partial refund for such programs, and only provide partial credits to be enacted. 

    

2. No Transfer of Intellectual Policy: Curicular Education's original materials and resources that have been provided to clients are of single-use only. Selling, or re-using Curicular Education's original materials is prohibited at all times.

3. Plagiarism: Curicular Education does not condone or knowingly take part in plagiarism or any other acts of illegal fraud. Any act of plagiarizing a re-used admissions essay or application is prohibited at all times.

4. No Guarantee of Admission: Curicular Education does not provide any guarantee of admission to any university.

While we provide academic advice, and have helped students get accepted into top-tier colleges, we do not offer any guarantee of admission.

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and embodies an understanding of the parties with respect to the terms and conditions.
